A Monochromatic Valentino Pink Moment in the office

Our team met Mrs. Chermanda Johnson-Frazier on a Sunday morning at her studio just south of the downtown Dallas. The Look Studio DFW by Legendary Look Interiors is a chic studio with multiples uses and sets. First, we shot some pieces from the Fall II Drop and shortly after our time with Chermanda begin. 

We discussed our Fall Candle Trio collaboration with Golden Black. Chermanda also gave us a treat by organizing a Guest Room Tray for your house guests over the holidays. I like this idea! All for $20! Check out our interview on YouTube to create your guest room tray (starts around 4:10). 

It’s always so much fun styling for cover shoots because I get to learn more about the woman behind the roles and help to curate looks bring out her inner beauty. Chermanda is a rockstar morning, day, and night! She is a wife, mother, friend, and daughter. She is also an elementary school principal and the owner of Legendary Look, the brand. I knew I wanted to style her for the day job but also for a date night out with her hubby. 

For her first look, I went for a monochromatic look in the season’s hottest color, “Valentino Pink”, and let’s just say this principal is ready to lead and slay!
